County Commissioner Michael O'Donnell found not guilty on 21 counts

Michael O'Donnell, the Sedgwick County Commissioner accused of campaign finance violations, was found not guilty on all but five charges Monday. Those five charges resulted in a hung jury.

This case has gained wide-spread attention. People who did not know O'Donnell were at the trial. People who used to work with him were also at the trial. This outcome has had an effect on many.
