COVID-19 cases on the rise in Kansas; Governor warns "this isn't over"

Cases of COVID-19 are on the rise in 13 Kansas counties and this information comes with a warning from Governor Laura Kelly.

Kelly says on May 27th these counties stopped enforcing social distancing guidelines. She mentioned Sedgwick County specifically. She warns the rise in cases of COVID-19 will halt the reopening of the economy and prevent kids from going to school.

You can hear more from Gov. Kelly in the video posted above.
