Today, Governor Laura Kelly plans to sign two executive orders that are supposed to change the look of 'back-to-school' for Kansas kids. But, will it? That answer is far from certain.
When to go back to school is the latest issue to divide Kansans. Some want students back in classrooms next month on a normal schedule. Others say students shouldn't go back to school buildings until there is a vaccine for the Coronavirus. Most Kansans are somewhere in-between those two.
