Old Korean War plane based in Hutchinson gets new life to fight wildfires

The engines of a Korean War Plane will soon be roaring at the Hutchinson Airport. Not for show, though. This plane is on a mission to fight.

In the hangar at the Hutchinson Regional Airport is a Grunman Tracker. It's Korean War days are over but its days of fighting fires have just begun, and it will be the first of its kind in the state of Kansas.
