State parks in Kansas feel the pinch caused by excessive rainfall

Independence Day is right around the corner and one of the state's most popular destinations was hit hard with weekend storms.

Flooding at El Dorado Lake has been a huge issue since the park started peak season just before Memorial Day. Not only have they had fewer boats on the lake, but fee revenue is also suffering because of it.
