The Basketball Tournament expected to have positive economic impact for Wichita


Wichita will be on a national stage Thursday as The Basketball Tournament, or TBT, kicks off at Koch Arena.

Not only is this an exciting time for fans, but it is giving another reason for all eyes to be on Wichita as the TBT will bring in money and visitors.

So far, more than 5,500 tickets have been purchased bringing the total to more than $300,000 in sales. This is more than all of the other regions combined.
