Winfield's Walnut Valley Festival rises from flood waters to play another year

A major bluegrass festival in South Central Kansas is a go after summer floods devastated those grounds.

It has Walnut Valley Festival-goers enjoying the music with a little more appreciation this year.

The festival runs from September 18-22 and already thousands of campers are in their places with crafts, food, and festival music.
