Police: Woman injured when she fell from SUV on K-96

WICHITA, Kansas - Wichita police are investigating after a witness observed a woman falling from a Ford SUV.
It happened Monday morning on westbound K-96 at the Greenwich overpass around 7:40 a.m.
The witness observed a woman in a bronze, copper colored SUV violently fall from the right front passenger seat onto the shoulder of the road.
A witness said that the woman was visibly injured and was hysterically crying. 
The driver of the vehicle, she fell from, is described as a large build white or Hispanic male.
He stopped and picked-up the woman.
He forcibly put her back inside.
The vehicle then sped away westbound on K-96 exiting onto Webb Rd. 
Area hospitals were notified, but at this time, no victims have shown up or been located.  
The witness said that several other motorists observed the incident and even stopped. 
Any person that observed this incident or was stopped to assist is asked to call 911.
