Fatal shooting of bank robber justified

WICHITA, Kansas - The Sedgwick County District Attorney's Office ruled that shooting of a suspected bank robbery by a deputy was justified.
Horace Gwyn, 26, died of a gunshot wound after robbing a Credit Union of America Branch on South Seneca on April 3rd.
A Sedgwick County deputy saw him running from the building with a duffel bag over his shoulder.
The officer gave chase and both shot at each other, before Gwyn killed himself.
The district attorney ruled the deputy's use of force was legal.
