Douglass school bus crash report released

DOUGLASS, Kansas - New details on the school bus crash in Douglass that had 10 students rescued from rushing water.
 
The report out Wednesday goes into greater detail of what happened at the time of the crash.
 
When the first trooper arrived, he said there were about 18 to 24 inches of water across the bridge, and that firefighters had water up to their knees and couldn't walk in the current. 
 
The driver's statement was also released saying he did not think the water flowing over the bridge was dangerous. 
 
The Butler County District Attorney has not yet made any decisions whether to charge the driver in the case.
